Refund policy

To be eligible, items must be in the exact condition received:

• unopened

• unused

• seals fully intact

• original packaging included

• no tampering or contamination

You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the address we provide during the returns process.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, incorrectly sealed, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@cambridge-bio.com with photos of:

• the outer packaging

• the product itself

• any damaged components

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Due to the nature of our research products, certain items cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns on:

• opened vials

• products with broken seals

• items that have been tampered with

• used research materials

• products not in their original condition

• final-sale items

• gift cards

These rules are in place to maintain safety, sterility, and quality control.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before sending anything back.

If you need a different item, the fastest method is:

1. Request and complete a return for the item you have (if eligible).

2. Place a new order once your return is approved.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.

However, this right does not apply to items that:

• have been opened

• have had their seals broken

• have been tampered with

• are no longer in their original condition

For the cooling-off return to be accepted, items must remain unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card processors may take additional time to post the refund.
