SHIPPING POLICY — Cambridge Quantum Bio

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for Cambridge Quantum Bio.


1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:
1–3 business days for in-stock items
Longer processing for high-volume periods, new releases, or operational delays

We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

If there are delays, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your location.
Delivery estimates at checkout are provided directly by carriers.

Please note:
delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
customs processing can delay international orders
once an order is handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
tracking number
carrier information
link to track your shipment

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping Regions

We ship to most countries where research materials are permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders shipping to countries with:
restricted chemical imports
high-risk customs
regulatory or safety concerns

If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:
import duties
VAT or GST
customs fees
clearance charges

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.

Customers are responsible for paying all customs-related fees.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or refusal, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.


6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not liable for:
lost packages due to incorrect addresses
failed delivery due to missing address details
additional costs to re-ship returned packages

If you need to correct an address, email us immediately at info@cambridge-bio.com.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
1. Check with neighbours
2. Check alternative delivery locations
3. Contact the carrier
4. Contact us with your order number

We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.

Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised:
take clear photos of the box, packaging, and product
email them to info@cambridge-bio.com immediately

We will investigate and arrange replacements when appropriate.


8. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to:
incorrect address
failure to collect
refusal by customer
unpaid customs fees

we may:
refund the product price (minus shipping), or
re-ship the package at your expense
